Return and exchange

Within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods (excluding the date of purchase) - you can have a product that has not been used, preserved its presentation and consumer properties, and is not included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Exchange for a similar one without recalculating the cost
• Exchange for any other with the corresponding recalculation of the cost
• Return and receive the money paid for it

How to assess the safety of the presentation:

With good lighting, without the use of special means, the product should not have visible traces of use in the form of small scratches, scuffs, and even more so chips, dents or cracks. The easiest way to assess whether the presentation has been preserved is by answering the question: "Would I buy this product as it is new?"
